Kitsap County Market Stats for November 3, 2008

For Kitsap County overall, the number of active listings decreased to 2,432 and the number of purchase contracts written in the past week was 27. Both of these numbers continue to decrease.

The absorption rate for Silverdale this past week was 120 weeks of inventory for sale. The absorption rate county-wide was 121.6 weeks.

Our real estate markets seem to be in a "holding pattern"...just waiting (for something).
